View Resource: Ongoing Monitoring Overview
This school-facing presentation explains the approach to ongoing monitoring of a variety of state and federal legal requirements for charter schools in the TN ASD. The ASD has reframed this aspect of monitoring as “Student and Family Rights Accountability” to acknowledge that these rights are the source of the compliance activities and analysis.
