View Resource: School Turnaround Operator Scorecard for RFI
This is a scoring rubric Massachusetts uses for potential School Turnaround Operators that submit an RFI to demonstrate expertise, capacity, and interest in serving as a Level 5 receiver (e.g. restart operator). Operators are evaluated based on a number of criteria including the school governance model, staffing plan, and community engagement strategies, a description of a continuous improvement model, and past experience managing turnaround schools.
