View Resource: Green Dot Asset Mapping Community Profile
Green Dot uses this tool to identify a broad and comprehensive list of individuals who are important constituents of school restart. Multiple spreadsheets are organized by stakeholder categories (e.g. churches, community center, government, etc.). For each individual, the spreadsheet includes contact information, summarizes “influence” in the community, and evaluates level of support for Green Dot’s turnaround work. Green Dot Public Schools is a Los Angeles-based CMO that has led the restart of five schools in Los Angeles and Memphis.
