This document is the Mastery Schools’ (restart operator) annual report to the NJ DOE on restart performance. Mastery is one of three restart operators in Camden. The annual report is a requirement of Mastery’s operating contract with the NJ DOE and is designed as a progress report for renaissance project activities that can be evaluated by the DOE and shared with the general public.
