View Resource: Feedback Form for Charter Operator Intro Meetings September 2013
The Louisiana Recovery School District (RSD) used this feedback form during operator-community introductory meetings. The form asks 10 open-response questions to solicit feedback from community members on the operator presentation and about the value of the introductory meetings.
Outcomes and Lessons Learned: This form is an example of how to productively seek feedback and input from a diverse set of stakeholders. The RSD focused on seeking constructive criticism and detailed feedback that required more engagement from the stakeholders. This feedback was shared with the charter organizations who found it to be largely helpful.
